Vicki Lynn Luscomb

Vicki Lynn Luscomb, 61, of Albion, NE died on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at the Boone County Health Center, Albion, NE.

Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, February 21, 2022, at Levander Funeral Home, Albion, NE with Pastor Mary Avidano officiating.  Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Levander Funeral Home, Albion, NE.  Burial will be at Akron Bonanza Cemetery, rural Albion, NE.

Levander Funeral Home of Albion, NE is in charge of arrangements.

Vicki Lynn Luscomb, daughter of Arthur "Bob" and Carla (Gentry) Kaufman were born on October 19, 1960, at Friend, NE.  She was baptized at the UCC Congregational Church in Friend, NE.  Vicki attended school in Friend, then graduated from Gretna High School in 1978.

In 1982 Vicki married David Luscomb in Reno, NV.  To this union Cody, Chanse, and Casey were born.  They were divorced in 1998.   Vicki lived in Omaha, then Akron west of Albion. In 2010 she moved to Albion.  Vicki worked at Sands Systems along with other various jobs, but for the last 14 years she has worked at Casey's General Store in Albion, NE.

Vicki enjoyed spending time at Lake Ericson, and with her children and grandchildren.  She also loved her pets and all animals.  Some of her hobbies were cross stitching, playing cribbage and cards, and watching western movies.

Vicki is survived by her three children: Cody (Sara Mullins) Luscomb of Elgin, NE; Chanse (Scarlett) Luscomb of Greeley, NE: Casey (Michael) Dodds of Cedar Rapids, NE; 13 grandchildren; brother-in-law John Hoover of Columbus, NE; along with other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Bradley Kaufman, and sister Valerie Hoover.
