Timothy Hess

Timothy Loras Hess, 50, of Huron, SD, and formerly of Rockford, Illinois, passed away August 7, 2024.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 24, 2024 at St. Boniface Church in Elgin, NE  with Rev. John Norman officiating. Inurnment will follow in the parish cemetery, next to his mother.

He was born on September 7, 1973, in Iowa City, Iowa, to James and Shirley (Lynch) Hess. He graduated from Boylan Catholic High School in Rockford in 1992. He also received a diploma from Lincoln College of Technology in automotive technology.

He will be remembered as a loving son who was kind and considerate to all he met.
