Timothy C. Griesman

Timothy C. Griesman, 58, of Spalding, NE, passed away Monday, February 28, 2022, at Boone County Health Center, Albion, NE.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Spalding, NE with Fr. Lawrence Vadakkan officiating. Inurnment will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery, Spalding. Visitation will be prior to the funeral service.

Levander Funeral Home of Spalding, NE are in charge of the arrangements.

Timothy Charles Griesman, son of Anthony and Monica (Huhman) Griesman was born on April 23, 1963, at Spalding, NE.  He was baptized and confirmed at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Spalding, NE.  Tim attended school at Spalding Public School and graduated with the class of 1981.

In 1984 Tim was united in marriage to Lori Ann Bristol at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Spalding, NE.  They lived on the family farm northeast of Spalding and moved to town in 2003.

Tim was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church.  He was a very compassionate husband, father, and grandfather.  He was always there to help those who needed it.  He had a strong passion for fishing, hunting, and working with his hands.

Tim is survived by his wife Lori of Spalding, NE; daughters Jessica Griesman; Tabitha (Terry) Hansen; grandsons Devon and Alex Hansen all of St. Paul, NE; siblings: Anthony Griesman, Jr. of Scotia, NE; Mark (Rita) Griesman, Richard Griesman, and Brenda (Randy) Schimmer all of Grand Island, NE; Virginia Fehringer of Arizona; Robert (Linda) Griesman of Albion, NE; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter Ava Hansen; brothers Billy and Jerome; sister-in-law Marie Griesman; nephew Nick Fehringer, niece Venus Klingenberg; parents-in-law Lester and Julie Bristol; and brother-in-law Lester Bristol.
