Polly Sue Hadan, 59 years of age, of Minden, Nebraska, passed away, on March 24, 2023, at Bethany Home in Minden after a long battle with MS.
A memorial service for Polly and her father Bob who passed away on November 27, 2023, will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 29, 2024 at Zion Lutheran Church in Albion, NE with Rev. Carolann Hopcke officiating. Inurnment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery. A memorial will be established at that time.
Levander Funeral Home of Albion, NE is in charge of local arrangements.
Polly was born in Omaha, Nebraska on June 23, 1963, the youngest of two children, born to Robert and MaryAnn (Brandt) Hadan. She graduated from Columbus High School, with the class of 1981. Polly pursued higher education at Nebraska College of Business in Omaha, Nebraska.
Following her education, Polly worked at Fidelity National Insurance and held several positions in insurance claims department.
Polly enjoyed her pet cats as they were her joy. Polly loved her life in the Omaha area. Her social times were cherished creating memories and stories that last a lifetime. Polly will be remembered for her kindness and was always concerned about others' wellbeing before herself.
Polly was preceded in death by her mom, MaryAnn Hadan; and her sister-in-law, Susan Hadan.
Polly leaves to celebrate her life; her dad, Robert Hadan of Pharr, Texas; brother, Rob Hadan and friend Maureen Popple of Hot Springs, South Dakota; three nieces: Kari Murray and her husband, Mark, and Shelby Christensen and her husband, Tim, all of Holdrege; and Gina Ottem and her husband, Pete of Douglas, Wyoming; seven great nieces and nephews: Lezlee Sasse of Kearney, Nebraska; Ssgt Quentin Hadan USMC and wife Aisha of Wahpeton, North Dakota; Wyatt Schutz of Holdrege, Nebraska; Weston and Owen Ottem of Douglas, Wyoming; and Aurora and Eilonwy Christensen of Holdrege; great-great-nephew: Atreus Hadan of Wahpeton, North Dakota; along with other relatives and friends.
