Norman Carrol Patzel

Norman C. Patzel, 86, of Weeping Water, NE passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Primrose, NE. Visitation will be 1:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, at Hammons Family Funeral Chapel in Weeping Water, NE.

Norman Carrol  Patzel was born May 23rd, 1936  in  Madison Nebraska the son of Herman and Alta (Miller) Patzel. S hortly after become of age he join the Air Force where his love for operating heavy equipment begin. Upon on his returned he soon started his dozer business. Norm was always known as a hard worker even as a young man.

He is survived by long time companion Shirley Sahulka; s on Craig (Samantha) Patzel;  daughter Christina (Seth) Perkins; s isters: Mary Sobata and Laverna Zumbrum; brother Melvin "Bud" Patzel; s ix Grandchildren and three Great Grandchildren, numerous nieces nephews cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Herman and Alta Patzel, four sisters and one brother; one son Darrin Patzel.
