Norma J. Case

Norma J. Case, 86, of St. Edward, NE, passed away Monday, June 17, 2019 at Cloverlodge Care Center in St. Edward, NE.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 21, 2019 at the United Methodist Church in St. Edward, NE, with Rev. Vern Olson officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, St. Edward, NE. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the church.

Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society for cancer research or the memorial of your choice. Please wear Norma's favorite color blue to the services.

Norma Joyce Case, daughter of Verne D. and Christine (Parker) Case was born on July 10, 1932 at St. Edward, NE. She attended school in St. Edward. Following her schooling she worked a variety of jobs in Columbus, NE.

Norma loved to spend time with her family and attending her great-grandchildren's sporting events. Norma was an avid reader and enjoyed time gardening and playing games. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Norma is survived by her son Garland Reynoldson of St. Edward, NE; three grandchildren: Chris Reynoldson, Cari (Matt) Guthrie, and Casey Reynoldson, all of Omaha, NE; two great-grandchildren: Carter and Riley Guthrie; three brothers: Sam (Jane) Case of Columbus, NE; Charles (Delores) Case of Columbus, NE; and Michael (Phyllis) Case of El Mirage, AZ; brother-in-law: Clinton Gates of Columbus, NE; and many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers: Freddy, Donald, Verne Jr., James, Robert, and Gerald Case, and six sisters: Elizabeth Valdamar, Eleanor Johnson, Ann Emigh, Nadine Ennis, Jean Gates, and Jane Schoening.
