Jarvis Edward Fayle, son of Jarvis Cedrick and Lucille E. (Runyan) Fayle, was born February 22, 1968, at Deshler, NE. He grew up in Deshler, attending Deshler Public School and graduated from Deshler High School in 1987. He enlisted in the Kansas Army National Guard where he served as a wheeled vehicle repairman over the next three plus years. He returned to Nebraska and settled in the Columbus area where he worked for Columbus Irrigation, BDs, and later Fagan, Inc. where he was a forklift operator on site for ethanol plant construction.
On October 13, 2001, Jarvis married LuRae Lee Clyde. While working on the crew building the ethanol plant in Albion, NE they bought a house and moved to St. Edward, NE. When that project was complete, they traveled the country with Fagan, Inc and Tyson Brothers Construction, going where work took them, but always considering St. Edward home. Following a work injury that would not allow Jarvis to continue working, they returned St. Edward. When able, Jarvis helped Tom Smith on the farm until his health would no longer allow him to.
Jarvis loved fishin and BS'in! He enjoyed spending time playing with his granddaughter Harley and giving his family and friends a hard time.
He is survived by his wife LuRae of St. Edward, NE; brother Tim Fayle of Columbus, NE; stepchildren: Zachary Eberhardt of Omaha, NE; Kayla Eberhardt of Fremont, NE; Jared Engel of Columbus, NE; one granddaughter Harley Wilcox of Fremont, NE; along with aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Jarvis was preceded in death by his parents and stepdaughter Jazmin Jean.
