Heidimarie R. McCarty, 81, of Harrah, OK, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Harrah Nursing Center in Harrah, OK.

A Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2025, at Evergreen Cemetery in St. Edward, NE with Pastor Mick Goc officiating.

Miller-Levander Funeral Home in St. Edward, NE is in charge of arrangements.

Heidimarie Renate McCarty was born on November 23, 1943, in Wolfsburg, Germany to Gunter and Hildegard Probst. She married Robert McCarty June 25, 1971, in Belt, MT and became an American citizen July 7, 1977. She was a cheerful loving person who loved to knit, go on walks, volunteer in her community and spend time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her step-daughter: Mary M. Hyman of Harrah, OK; grandsons: Mike Hyman of Lancaster, CA; Steve Hyman of Portland, OR; Joe Hyman of Norman, OK; and John Hyman of Midwest City, OK; great-granddaughters Chloe Hyman of Flagstaff, AZ; Jocelyn Hyman of Eagle, ID; Tayler Hyman of Littlerock, CA; nieces: Susan Nissen of St. Edward, NE; Cindy Sorensen of St. Edward, NE; nephews: Tony Sorensen of Arkansas; Vernon Sorensen of Lincoln, NE.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. McCarty.
