Greyson Steven Swerczek

Greyson Steven Swerczek, 12 day old infant son of Mark and Anna Swerczek of Glenwood, IA, passed away Monday, July 20, 2020, at Children's Hospital in Omaha, NE.

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids, NE with Fr. Mark Tomasiewicz officiating.  Burial will follow at St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery, Cedar Rapids, NE. Social distancing and current Covid-19 DHM's effective will be followed at the service.

Levander Funeral Home of Cedar Rapids, NE is in charge of the arrangements.

Greyson Steven Swerczek, son of Mark Joseph and Anastasia La Rae (Walkowiak-Esch) Swerczek was born on July 8, 2020 at Council Bluffs, IA.  He was baptized on July 20 at Children's Hospital.  Despite his short time on earth, he was deeply loved and brought immense joy to those around him.

Greyson will be forever remembered and loved by his parents Mark and Anastasia of Glenwood, IA; Grandparents: Steve and Peg Swerczek of Cedar Rapids, NE; Steve Walkowiak of Ceresco, NE; Kraig and Kriste Esch of Columbus, NE; great-grandmothers Mary Anne Esch and Marilyn Walkowiak of Spalding, NE; aunts, uncles, and cousins: Brian and Shelli Swerczek and their children Riley and Lane; Ken and Megan Meier and their children Devin, Macy, and Rylan Meier; Scott and Christy Meier and their children Max and Jack Meier; Steven and Taress Meier and children Brooklyn and Landon Meier; Lara Swerczek and son Bennett Novacek; Jacelyn Walkowiak, Taylor Esch, and Logan Esch; other relatives and the families many friends.
